'Ugliest House' Knocked Down

Things are a lilttle easier on the eyes in one Camden, New Jersey neighborhood after the winner of an "ugliest house" contest waz razed.

The house was chosen "ugliest" by community members in a survey run by Camden Churches Organized for People.

It was filled with trash, charred from fire and defaced by graffiti.

The abandoned structure had become a symbol of the challenges facing the country's poorest city.

The house was demolished on Wednesday.
